The Cliffs / Connos Bay / Cyclops cave

As long as you're diving within your limits you can go as deep as you want here so this is where we take students for the Deep Dive portion of their Advanced Open Water course.
It's a fascinating dive site, if you enter the water and head to the left you can swim over rocks along the side of the cliff, eyeballing pipe fish and moray eels, checking out the nooks and crannies in the rock face for more signs of marine life.
A safety stop is made easy by a natural, sandy ramp where you can kneel in comfort at 5 metres before completing your ascent.
It's so perfect that you'd think this place was purposely created for diving.
